Job summary

ICEE is seeking a Service Technician to service and repair ICEE and restaurant equipment at customer sites. You will follow preventive maintenance scripts, troubleshoot issues, and perform part replacements as needed.

A company vehicle, gas card, and equipment are provided to support field work. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong mechanical skills, and be willing to travel with a valid REAL ID.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical background.
• Graduate of Technical or Vocational school, preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid REAL ID Driver’s License.
• Willing and able to drive more than 40% of the time.
• Must have and wear steel-toed shoes.

Responsibilities

• Receive dispatched service calls with ETA and respond promptly.
• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnose, and repair equipment as needed.
• Check syrup levels, replace flavors, and clean around machines.
• Maintain inventory and the company vehicle and tools.
• Document work performed and close out service orders.
• Communicate clearly with customers and coworkers.
• Perform general warehouse duties including shipping/receiving of equipment and parts.
