Job summary

ICEE is seeking a Service Technician in Tulsa, OK to service ICEE and restaurant equipment including frozen and non‑carbonated dispensers, fountain beverage equipment and ice makers. You will work with minimal supervision and attend weekly service center meetings; a company vehicle, uniform, tools, cell phone, tablet and gas card are provided.

• Strong mechanical background.
• Graduate of Technical or Vocational school, preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid REAL ID Driver’s License.
• Willing and able to drive more than 40% of the time.
• Must have and wear steel‑toed shoes.

Responsibilities

• Trained and certified in preventive maintenance and installations.
• Training and service competency meeting Grade Level 1 standards.
• Receives dispatched service calls as assigned and ensures a prompt response based on ETA.
