Job summary

Sealed Air Corporation is seeking an Automation Technical Service Representative (TSR) to install, service, and repair automated packaging equipment at customer sites. You will diagnose issues, perform preventative and emergency maintenance, and work to optimize system performance while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining automated packaging systems or robotics.
• Ability to read electrical/mechanical schematics for troubleshooting.
• Valid, unrestricted U.S. driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and integrate Sealed Air’s automated packaging systems at customer locations.
• Perform preventative and emergency maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and software components.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot automation equipment remotely and on-site to minimize downtime.
• Calibrate and adjust machinery settings to ensure product quality and efficiency.
• Train customers on operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting best practices.
