Job summary

You will mentor apprentices, stay current with product knowledge, operate diagnostic tools, and participate in training programs to advance skills and customer service.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and service manuals.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Willing to work extended hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on John Deere equipment.
• Perform repairs in the field as needed.
• Document diagnostics and repairs thoroughly.
• Mentor apprentices and junior technicians.
• Follow safety rules and complete required reports.
• Maintain vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment.
