Job summary

PlayAGS, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Field Service Technician to service, install, convert, upgrade and perform preventative maintenance on AGS gaming equipment in Guymon, Oklahoma.

Responsibilities include completing reports, performing technical procedures, troubleshooting incidents, and maintaining inventory. The role may require irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, with on-call rotation and safety guidelines to be followed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 2 years’ experience in electronics and/or computer networking.
• Licensing approval by tribal and/or state gaming regulators may be required.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative and general maintenance on AGS gaming equipment.
• Completes all reports and paperwork in a timely manner.
• Performs technical procedures on slot machine and table game equipment.
• Troubleshoots and repairs service incidents promptly and escalates as needed.
• Keeps parts inventory current.
• Participates in a weekly on-call rotation with technicians in the territory.
• Delivers customer service of the highest standard.
• Follows safety guidelines during work hours.
