Job summary

Insight Global is seeking Field Service Technicians to support a large-scale technology project across a healthcare system. You will deploy, install, configure, and upgrade desktop and laptop computers while providing onsite support to clinical and administrative staff.

The ideal candidate is comfortable traveling between AnMed sites, delivering hands-on hardware transitions, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Desktop Support, Help Desk, Field Services, PC Deployment, or IT Support.
• Experience installing, upgrading, and troubleshooting Windows-based devices.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience supporting end users in a professional environment.
• Ability to work onsite and travel between locations.
• Reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support PC refresh and replacement efforts across multiple facilities


• Install software, operating systems, and security updates


• Transfer user data and verify workstation functionality


• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and peripheral issues


• Set up monitors, docking stations, scanners, and related equipment


• Provide onsite technical support and excellent customer service
