Job summary

Insight Global is seeking experienced Network Technicians to support a large-scale hardware refresh initiative across ambulatory healthcare locations. This role involves hands-on technical work, troubleshooting end-user devices, and traveling between sites to complete deployments.

You will replace legacy ATA gateways, validate phone and fax functionality, and ensure locations remain operational with minimal disruption.

Qualifications

We are seeking experienced Network Technicians to support a large-scale hardware refresh initiative across ambulatory healthcare locations. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands‑on technical work, troubleshooting end‑user devices, and traveling between sites to complete deployments.

This position focuses on replacing legacy Analog Telephone Adapter (ATA) gateways, validating phone and fax functionality, and ensuring locations remain operational with minimal disruption. Unlike engineering‑focused roles, this position is centered around field execution, hardware replacement, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Travel to ambulatory healthcare facilities throughout the assigned region
• Pick up equipment from designated staging locations
• Remove and replace legacy ATA gateway devices
• Install and configure replacement hardware
• Test phone functionality, including inbound and outbound calling
• Validate fax transmission and receipt capabilities
• Troubleshoot devices that fail to register or connect properly
• Ensure all equipment is fully operational before leaving the site
• Document deployment progress and update completion records
• Work independently while managing deployment schedules efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with onsite staff

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Desktop Support, Field Technician, or End User Support experience
• Experience troubleshooting phones, analog devices, and fax machines
• Experience installing, replacing, and supporting hardware devices
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable traveling extensively throughout assigned territory
• High School Diploma or equivalent
