Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Field Service Technician, where your technical expertise meets exciting travel opportunities! You’ll support our clinics by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing laser equipment, ensuring peak performance and minimal downtime. Your problem-solving skills will be crucial in delivering outstanding service.

Status: Full-time

Location: 100% Travel

Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $85,000 annually, depending on location and market conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Repairs: Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on electrical, mechanical, high voltage, and cooling systems.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Conduct quarterly maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Customer Service & Technical Support: Respond promptly to work orders, address clinic concerns, and maintain professionalism.
  • Diagnostic Testing: Use diagnostic tools to assess and troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Calibration and Adjustment: Ensure equipment accuracy and compliance with standards.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Record all activities accurately using Salesforce, and prepare reports for stakeholders.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory, shipping, receiving, and tool kits.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow safety guidelines and address hazards.
  • Training and Development: Keep updated on new technologies and attend relevant training.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years experience as a Service Technician or similar role.
  • Mechanical, electrical, and technical skills; refrigeration/HVAC certification preferred.
  • Proficient with diagnostic equipment; Salesforce, Slack, Google Suite experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Physical stamina to lift up to 80 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform bending/reaching tasks.
  • Willingness to travel 100%, including weekends and evenings.
  • Valid driver’s license; residence near a major U.S. airport.
