e3 Diagnostics is seeking a Field Service Technician (Sales & Service Tech) to join our team. You will serve as a trusted equipment expert, supporting audiological instrumentation needs through new equipment solutions, technical repairs, and NASED-certified calibration.

Travel up to 80% regionally across Mississippi; starting salary $60,000 with commission eligibility after training and competency milestones.

• Identify prospective clients and support territory growth.

e3 Diagnostics is seeking a Field Service Technician (Sales & Service Tech) to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted equipment expert for our customers—supporting their audiological instrumentation needs through new equipment solutions, technical repairs, and NASED-certified calibration.

Travel: This position requires approximately 80% regional travel to customer sites across Mississippi from Jackson to Shreveport LA, including some overnight & weekly travel.

Compensation: Starting salary of $60,000, with commission eligibility after training and required competencies are met (typically after 6+ months).

Responsibilities

• Perform ANSI-certified calibrations, maintenance, equipment repairs and installations on a wide range of audiology equipment.
• Stay updated and attend all identified required training.
• Build and maintain customer relationships; provide service and technical support.
• Collaborate with Office Administrator for scheduling.
• Maintain accurate customer and equipment records.
• Identify potential clients and cultivate sales opportunities to support territory growth.
• Ensure preventative maintenance is completed according to best practice.
• Travel up to 80%; work independently with minimal supervision.
• Calibrate equipment received at regional office and coordinate returns.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A two (2) year Technical or Engineering degree or related experience required.
• Willingness to follow the guidelines detailed in the e3 Proficiency and Certification handbook.

Travel:

• This role may require travel as much as 80% of the time.
• Some overnight trips will be required.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and sit for long periods of time during a daily routine.
• Physically able to drive a vehicle for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to Lift up to 50 pounds, bending and lifting throughout the workday.
• Occasional walking, stooping, kneeling, crawling, and crouching depending on variables at customer location.

Pre-Employment Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a clear driving record.
• Clear background check including criminal history and education verification.
• Must pass Drug Test (including Cannabis).
