e3 Diagnostics is seeking a Field Service Technician (Sales & Service Tech) to join our team. You will perform ANSI-certified calibrations, repairs and installations on audiology equipment, while building strong customer relationships across the region.

The role requires up to 80% travel, scheduling coordination with the Office Administrator, and ongoing training to stay current with equipment. Starting salary is $60,000 with commission eligibility after training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two-year technical or engineering degree or related experience required.
• Follow the guidelines in the e3 Proficiency and Certification handbook.

Responsibilities

• Perform ANSI-certified calibrations, maintenance, equipment repairs and installations on audiology equipment.
• Stay updated and attend all required training.
• Build and maintain customer relationships; provide service and technical support.
• Collaborate with Office Administrator for scheduling.
• Maintain accurate customer and equipment records.
• Identify potential clients and cultivate sales opportunities to support territory growth.
• Ensure preventative maintenance is completed according to best practice.
• Travel up to 80%; work independently with minimal supervision.
• Calibrate equipment received at regional office and coordinate returns.
• Other duties as assigned.

e3 Diagnostics is seeking a Field Service Technician (Sales & Service Tech) to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted equipment expert for our customers—supporting their audiological instrumentation needs through new equipment solutions, technical repairs, and NASED-certified calibration.

Travel

This position requires approximately 80% regional travel to customer sites across Mississippi from Jackson to Shreveport LA, including some overnight and weekly travel.

Compensation

Starting salary of $60,000, with commission eligibility after training and required competencies are met (typically after 6+ months).

Travel

• This role may require travel as much as 80% of the time.


• Some overnight trips will be required.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.


• Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and sit for long periods of time during a daily routine.


• Physically able to drive a vehicle for prolonged periods of time.


• Ability to Lift up to 50 pounds, bending and lifting throughout the workday.


• Occasional walking, stooping, kneeling, crawling, and crouching depending on variables at customer location.

Pre-Employment Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a clear driving record.
