e3 Diagnostics is seeking a Field Service Technician to serve as an equipment expert for audiology instrumentation, performing calibrations, repairs and installations across the Detroit, Ann Arbor and Grand Rapids region. You will travel up to 80% and work with customers to deliver service and sales support.

e3 Diagnostics is seeking a Field Service Technician (Sales & Service Tech) to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted equipment expert for our customers—supporting their audiological instrumentation needs through new equipment solutions, technical repairs, and NASED-certified calibration.

Travel

This position requires approximately 80% regional travel to customer sites across the Detroit, Ann Arbor and Grand Rapids territory, including some overnight and weekly travel. Some overnight trips will be required.

Compensation

Starting salary of $60,000, with commission eligibility after training and required competencies are met (typically after 6+ months).

Education and Experience

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and sit for long periods of time during a daily routine.
• Physically able to drive a vehicle for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to Lift up to 50 pounds, bending and lifting throughout the workday.
• Occasional walking, stooping, kneeling, crawling, and crouching depending on variables at customer location.
