Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a field technician to learn and support POS systems across client sites in the Duluth area. You will receive comprehensive training and travel with a company vehicle to install, deploy, and document retail systems.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking both remotely and on-site, with responsibility for maintaining inventory systems and ensuring systems stay online.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Basic computer hardware and software troubleshooting experience.
• Self-motivated problem-solver with ability to work independently.
• Willingness to learn through our POS training program.
