Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Field Service Technician to serve customers in Fort Wayne, Indiana. You will install and configure software and hardware at client sites, train administrators, and help grow revenue with billable services and supplies.

The role requires hands-on skills with electrical/mechanical equipment, a valid driver's license for daily travel, and the ability to lift up to 55 lbs. You will work both onsite and remotely as needed and stay current with industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical/electrical equipment.
• Comfortable building client relationships and customer service.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable vehicle for daily travel.
• Ability to perform frequent lifting and/or moving items up to 55lbs.
• Complete familiarity within a Windows environment and basic knowledge of PC interaction with automated equipment.
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (requests for reasonable accommodations will be considered).
