Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an on-site field technician to install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment including ATMs and self-checkout systems. You will handle network configurations, security, and remote access within a defined territory.

Candidates should have a valid US work authorization, a driver’s license, and readiness for travel with occasional weekend shifts. Experience with imaging software or large servers is a plus.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to specific geographic area
• Authorized to work in the US
• At least 19 years of age
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting fleet requirements
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and OS familiarity
• Ability to perform essential functions with/without accommodation
• Prolonged travel with long driving days
• Rotating and weekend shifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle tools/equipment
• Physical agility including bending, squatting, walking, etc.
• Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively
• Service electromechanical equipment like ATMs and self-checkout systems within an assigned territory
• Perform maintenance repair and system overhauls
• Manage everything from network faults and traffic, to configuration, security, and remote system access

Requirements

• Local candidate to specific geographic area
• Authorized to work in the US
• At least 19 years of age
• Have a valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR Atleos fleet requirements
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day
• Rotating and weekend shifts
• Carrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance
• Bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, working with your hands, and repetitively grasping and manipulating objects of varying size
• Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software (preferred)
• A+ Certification, CompTIA, N+ Certification (preferred)
• One or more years of related experience (preferred)
