Job summary

Jobtailor in Phoenix, AZ seeks a field service technician to install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment such as ATMs and self-checkout systems. You will travel within the territory, perform repairs and system overhauls, and ensure network and security configurations function reliably.

Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, hold a valid driver’s license, and be prepared for rotating and weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like ATMs and self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance repair and system overhauls.
• Manage network faults and traffic, configuration, security, and remote system access.

Requirements

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR Atleos fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation including prolonged travel with driving several hours per day, rotating and weekend shifts, carrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance, bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, working with hands, and repetitively grasping and manipulating objects of varying size.
• Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software (preferred).
• A+ Certification, CompTIA N+ Certification (preferred).
• One or more years of related experience (preferred).
