Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and service ATMs and self-checkout systems across a local territory. You will troubleshoot network faults, perform configurations, and manage security while adhering to operational standards.

The role requires travel, rotating and weekend shifts, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior experience and relevant certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be a local candidate within the target geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and driving record meeting NCR Atleos fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and familiarity with operating systems.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day.
• Rotating and weekend shifts.
• Carrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
• Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software is a plus.
• One or more years of related experience (nice to have)

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like ATMs and self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance repair and system overhauls.
• Manage everything from network faults and traffic, to configuration, security, and remote system access.

Requirements

• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity
