Job summary

Gordon Food Service is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform installation, preventive maintenance, and repairs on coffee, juice, dishwashing, and chemical-dispensing equipment across the West Cleveland service area. This role emphasizes customer relations and reliable on-site support.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of service or repair experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and a valid driver's license with a clean MVR.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service or equipment repair experience, or equivalent education/training.
• Mechanical aptitude including electrical, plumbing, and sanitation codes.
• Ability to lift heavy machines and interpret maintenance manuals and wiring diagrams.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean MVR and background check acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide installation, preventive maintenance, and performance checks for coffee, juice, dishwashing, and chemical-dispensing machines.
• Service West Cleveland area, respond to emergencies, and maintain strong customer relations.
• Keep accurate service records and ensure safety and sanitation standards.
