Job summary

A leading food service company is seeking a Field Service professional in Bedford, NH, to provide preventive maintenance and customer relations for various machines, including coffee and juice machines. The ideal candidate will have customer service or equipment repair experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to perform physical tasks. This role offers weekly pay, training, and other benefits, with flexible hours from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Two years previous customer service or equipment repair experience OR equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Ability to interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Valid state driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to perform physical work including heavy lifting.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Clean driving record; MVR will be checked.
• Must be 18+; pass drug screen and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Measure performance of coffee and juice machines, dishwashers, and chemical dispensing machines.
• Maintain customer relations and service experience.

Position Summary

Field Service professional, tasked with providing preventive maintenance, emergency repairs and customer relations.

This position will be servicing the Manchester, Portsmouth, and Bedford areas. The selected candidate must live near the areas listed above.

What You Will Do

As a service Specialist you will be the trusted expert that provides installation, preventative maintenance and measures performance of coffee machines, juice machines, dishwashers, and chemical dispensing machines for a variety of customers including national accounts, healthcare, college and university, hospitality and large independent food service operators.

When You Will Work

• Monday - Friday between the hours of 7AM - 6PM, however this position requires flexibility to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Opportunity for overtime available as needed and limited

What You'll Bring To The Table

• Two years previous customer service or equipment repair experience OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Electrical, plumbing, health and sanitation codes. Ability to correctly interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to perform physical aspects of the job, including heavy lifting of machines.
• Valid state driver's license (required).
• Clean driving record (we will run an MVR).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Successfully pass the drug screen, motor vehicle report (MVR) and background check requirements (criminal background check – we do not check your credit score)
