Job summary

Pitney Bowes is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, service, and upgrade shipping and mailing equipment for clients within a 2-3 hour radius of Monroe, MI. The role emphasizes client-centric service, hands-on repair of hardware and software, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with some overtime and a wage of $25 per hour, dependent on skills and location. Sponsorship is not provided for visas at this time.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 55 lbs (with or without accommodation).
• Willingness to travel across multi-zip code territory with up to 80% windshield time.
• Experience repairing or troubleshooting hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and upgrade Pitney Bowes equipment at client sites.
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software to minimize client callbacks.
• Train clients on equipment during installation.
• Travel within territory and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
