Job summary

Pitney Bowes is hiring a Field Service Technician for Jackson, MS. You will install and configure software and hardware at customer sites, provide end-user training, and contribute to revenue growth through sales leads and services.

Travel to multiple locations and a driver’s license are required. The role offers a pay range of $22 to $25 per hour, with eligibility for sales incentives based on performance and location, experience, and qualifications.

Qualifications

• AA degree in Electronics, Mechanics, Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and ability to travel to multiple locations.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Experience with Windows environment and PC interaction with automated equipment.
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure software applications and hardware peripherals at customer sites.
• Provide end-user training and create job aides for client administrators/operators.
• Contribute to revenue growth through sales leads and billable services-earn commissions on supplies and/or services you sell.
• Deliver solutions remotely and onsite.
• Work independently and stay up to date on Pitney Bowes industry knowledge.
