Job summary

Integrated Power Services is seeking a Field Service Technician to lead on-site diagnostics, precision repairs, and overhauls of industrial rotating equipment. The role requires hands-on mechanical expertise, tool proficiency, and a customer-focused mindset.

You will install, align, inspect, and test AC/DC motors and driven equipment, using precision instruments to verify tolerances and OEM specifications. Occasional overtime and on-call work are expected in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years with AC/DC motors, gearboxes, pumps or similar rotating equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret precision measuring instruments and technical blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site diagnostics, precision repairs and overhauls of rotating equipment.
• Perform laser alignments and set air gaps and mechanical seals to OEM specs.
• Carry out added testing with portable equipment to ensure system reliability.
• Maintain safety standards and collaborate with teammates to hit project goals.
