Job summary

Integrated Power Services is seeking a Field Service Technician (Rotating Equipment & Precision Millwrighting) to lead on-site diagnostics, precision repairs, and overhauls of industrial rotating equipment. You will perform laser alignments, assemble and align motors, and verify tolerances using precision tools.

The role requires 2+ years of hands-on experience with AC/DC motors, gearboxes, pumps, and related equipment, plus strong communication with customers and a safety-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience with AC/DC motors, gearboxes, pumps or similar rotating industrial equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret precision measuring instruments and technical blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site diagnostics, precision repairs, and overhauls of rotating equipment.
• Perform precision assembly, alignment, and laser alignment to OEM specs.
• Utilize measuring tools to verify tolerances and inspect equipment.
• Follow safety standards and collaborate with team to meet project goals.
