Qualifications

• Keep service vehicle, tools, and inventory field‑ready.
• Uphold safety standards on every jobsite.

Schedule: Monday- Friday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Location: 8205 S. Camino De Cafe, Tucson, AZ
Pay: $30-37/hr (Pay depends on experience)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Diagnose and resolve complex and escalated window and door service issues.
• Perform advanced inspections, repairs, retrofits, and adjustments with minimal guidance.
• Serve as a senior field expert for high‑visibility customer situations.
• Clearly communicate findings, solutions, and preventative recommendations.
• Mentor and support Field Service Technicians I & II through coaching and ride‑alongs.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and customer care teams.
• Provide feedback on product performance and recurring field issues.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and parts tracking.
• Keep service vehicle, tools, and inventory field‑ready.
• Uphold safety standards and best practices on every jobsite.
• Recommend product upgrades and preventative maintenance when appropriate.
• Demonstrate MITER Brands Guiding Principles in all business interactions.
• Stay current through ongoing training and advanced certifications.
• Other duties may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to use digital service tools and mobile documentation systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong customer communication skills, including escalated situations.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software programs.
• Great interpersonal skills are essential to operate in and maintain a team environment.
• Great communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Preferred familiarity with building codes, installation standards, and construction best practices.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent (advanced technical training or certifications strongly preferred) 5-6 years of previous experience in servicing, repairing and troubleshooting preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Prolonged standing and repetitive motions, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. May be required to frequently lift to 50 lbs. Depending on the job. Hand dexterity and strength. Prolonged sitting, standing and terminal use.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Primarily operates in a warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels. Requires adherence to safety protocols and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary.

WORKING CONDITIONS: Full-time position with standard working hours; occasional overtime may be required during peak periods. Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations.
