Job summary

MI Windows and Doors LLC is seeking a Receiver III for the Gratz, PA area to handle receiving, cataloging and material preparation for production. The role involves data entry in SB Client (ERP) and barcode scanning with handheld devices.

The position runs Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, requiring verification of quantities, paperwork handling, and maintaining an organized workspace while coordinating with the Receiving Supervisor and Buyers/Planners to sustain inventory levels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Three to six months of experience and/or training, or equivalent.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide with whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
• Valid driver license.
• Basic computer skills; ERP system experience or willingness to learn.
• Powered industrial truck license with additional training.
• Regular standing/walking; ability to lift up to 50–100 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, catalog and organize materials for production.
• Verify quantities against packing slips and place materials accordingly.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and complete paperwork.
• Data entry in SB Client (ERP) and bar code scanning with handheld devices.
• Communicate with Receiving Supervisor and Buyer/Planners to ensure adequate inventory levels.
• Complete cycle counting and other duties as assigned.

Job Description Receiver III - 1st Shift - Gratz, PA Hourly rate - $22.65 Shift - Mon-Fri (6am-2:30pm)

GENERAL PURPOSE

This position is responsible for duties related to receiving, cataloging and organization of materials used for production purposes, as well as the preparation of materials for the shop floor.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Replenishes manufacturing lines with requested material and files appropriate paperwork
• Empty gaylords and dumpsters and complete paperwork
• Maintains a clean and organized work area
• Verifies quantities of material received against packing slip
• Places incoming material in designated area
• Communicates with Receiving Supervisor and Buyer/Planners to ensure adequate Inventory Levels
• Completes cycle counting
• Data entry – receiving and transfer of product in SB Client (ERP system).
• Scannining – taking bar code labels from Buyer/Planners and placing on product as it is received.
• Use of hand-held scanners to receive & transfer inventory items.
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• The employee will be required to obtain powered industrial truck license additional training on moving baskets and glass.
• Three to six months of experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Possess a valid driver license.
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft software.
• ERP System experience or willingness to learn
• The employee is regularly required to stand and walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear.
• The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• The employee must: Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds Occasionally push and/ or pull up to 100 pounds
