Job summary

PEAK Technical Services Inc. is seeking a skilled Field Services Admin to install, service, and troubleshoot cart containment and related systems. This role requires substantial travel and flexibility, including night and weekend shifts, to support nationwide locations.

The ideal candidate has retail installation experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. A valid driver's license and a clean MVR are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years installing devices in a retail environment (POS, alarm, or security cameras).
• Minimum 2 years with electrical/low voltage devices, concrete work, conduit, and wall/ceiling wiring; power tools and lifts experience.
• General contractor experience is desirable.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to ensure teamwork and results.
• Valid driver's license and a clean MVR preferred for travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot cart containment and other company systems.
• Travel up to 70% nationwide; night and weekend shifts as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance and complete service orders in assigned areas.
• Train Field Services Technicians, ASP, and Contractors.
• Follow SOPs and company values; use scheduling and expense tracking tools.
• Make on-site decisions to resolve system issues; maintain professionalism with customers.
• Lead and collaborate with on-site teams to ensure quality service.
