Job summary

Gatekeeper Systems, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician III to install, service and troubleshoot the indoor loss prevention system at client sites. The role emphasizes hands-on electrical work, wiring, and device installation, with a focus on safety and customer service.

Expect up to 70% travel, including overnight assignments, and flexible hours including weekends to complete installations and maintenance. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience directly related to the installation of devices in a retail environment such as point of sale systems, alarm systems, or security camera systems
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in electrical and low voltage devices, concrete cutting, bending, and running conduit, and running wires through walls and ceilings; and experience with power tools and scissor lifts
• Experience as general contractor or related fields are highly desirable
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are a must to ensure cooperation and positive results
• Valid driver’s license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and the ability to maintain a positive driving record throughout employment

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot the Company's indoor loss prevention system.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance of the Company’s indoor loss prevention system.
• Complete any service and repair work orders, primarily within your assigned areas as they arise
• Travel up to 70+% of the week, mostly driving, including overnights
• Work flexible hours and weekends to complete installations, service and maintenance
