We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team. The role involves installing, servicing, and troubleshooting the company's systems, with a focus on cart containment. The position requires significant travel and flexibility, including night and weekend shifts. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in a retail environment, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Work under the supervision of the Field Services Manager and guidance of the Field Services Engineer.
- Install, service, and troubleshoot the company's cart containment and other systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance on the company's systems.
- Complete service and repair work orders within assigned areas.
- Travel up to 70% to various locations nationwide, with flexibility for night and weekend shifts.
- Make comprehensive decisions on job sites regarding necessary work to resolve system issues.
- Perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, paying attention to detail while remaining highly organized and efficient.
- Assist in training Field Services Technicians, ASP, and Contractors.
- Follow directions and instructions while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
- Adhere to the company's standard operating procedures and core values.
- Utilize installation and service scheduling systems and other service and expense tracking tools.

- Experience bending and running conduit.
- Proficiency in using power tools and scissor lifts.
- Computer proficiency in installation and service scheduling systems and other service and expense tracking tools.
Education and Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in installing devices in a retail environment, such as point of sale systems, alarm systems, or security camera systems.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical and low voltage devices, concrete cutting, bending, and running conduit, and running wires through walls and ceilings; experience with power tools and scissor lifts.
- Experience as a general contractor or in related fields is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to ensure cooperation and positive results.
- Valid driver's license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with the ability to maintain a positive driving record throughout employment.
