Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Requires being available for on‑call/standby responsibilities and may require occasional travel.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, test, splice, repair, and maintain telecom equipment and outside plant facilities for new and existing customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and proactively educate/sell TDS products and services.
• Maintain records and logs of locate requests and support field operations.
