Job summary

Cyclonaire is seeking a Field Service Technician 2 to join our Customer Support Services team. You will travel to customer facilities to commission and start up pneumatic conveying systems, troubleshoot and repair equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and help customers achieve optimal Cyclonaire performance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent technical experience in electromechanical technology or related field.
• 2–4 years of progressive field service, industrial maintenance, or similar technical experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Working knowledge of industrial controls; PLC-based system experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently commission and start up standard Cyclonaire systems, including verifications and training.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control-related equipment and systems.
• Perform system calibrations, I/O checkouts, and preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose issues, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Serve as primary Cyclonaire representative at customer sites.
• Train customer personnel on system operation and maintenance.
• Complete service reports and documentation on time.
• Support and mentor Level I Field Service Technicians.
