Job summary

Motion is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician II to perform on-site services for equipment and systems, including hydraulics, repair, welding and installation with regional responsibility. The role requires travelling to customer sites, diagnosing issues and performing preventive maintenance and upgrades.

You will work under general supervision, communicate with customers and peers, and help ensure safety, quality and timely resolution of issues.

Qualifications

• Technical degree required.
• 3–5 years related experience or equivalent combination.
• Willingness to perform on-site service at customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site service for new and existing clients, including emergency repairs and upgrades.
• Install, diagnose, repair and support equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose problems, document findings and decide on repairs or part replacements.
• Provide technical analysis and customer training on operation and maintenance.
