You will be the face of the company onsite, delivering uptime, training and upgrades with a strong customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Technical certificate or associate degree in electrical, mechanical, controls, instrumentation, or related field.
• Strong electrical/system knowledge and ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with PLCs/SCADA/HMI and field service troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Commission and troubleshoot Watlow products and systems at customer sites.
• Perform maintenance, programming and validation of thermal system installations.
• Provide technical guidance and training to customers’ teams.
• Create service reports and document issues in company systems.
• Travel frequently to customer sites and participate in on-call rotation.
