Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician II to support customers in the United States from the Clarks Summit area. The role focuses on diagnosing basic mechanical, software, network, and system issues and performing repairs to Canon standards.

You will travel as needed and participate in 24/7 shift rotations. Ideal candidates have a HS Diploma or GED and 1–2 years related experience, with the ability to lift 50 pounds and work across multiple product groups.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus 1 to 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to travel with valid driver’s license and reliable driving record.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment, with shift work and on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose basic mechanical, software, network, and system failures using established procedures.
• Service and repair designated equipment to Canon standards and specifications.
• Maintain knowledge of multiple product groups and perform basic troubleshooting.
