F6 Data Solutions is seeking Field Service Technicians to support startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting of mission-critical cooling systems in hyperscale data centers across the United States. This is a hands-on role requiring diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues with minimal supervision and coordination with senior technicians.

The position involves heavy travel (up to 100%), with costs covered by the company, including flights, hotel, car rental, and a food per diem.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years' experience with HVAC, mechanical systems, or industrial equipment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability.
• Experience with hydronic systems preferred.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and piping diagrams.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Familiarity with electrical schematics and control systems.
• Valid driver's license; reliable transportation for local travel; willingness to fly to work regions.

Responsabilités

• Support startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting of mission-critical cooling systems in hyperscale data centers.
• Perform troubleshooting with minimal supervision and assist senior technicians on complex startups.
• Assist with equipment startup and commissioning for CRAH, IRHX, and DAHU systems.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues; identify root causes of performance problems.
• Maintain documentation: startup checklists, inspection reports, field notes, and safety records.
• Coordinate with startup leads and teams; communicate via Microsoft Teams.
