Job summary

The Digital Service Technician at Mark Andy Inc. installs new products and trains customers in product use, safety, press operation, best practices, and maintenance.

Provides technical service to maximize press up-time and utilization, with preventive maintenance and service per contract/work order guidelines. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, software, hardware, and printing-related issues, both onsite and remotely, to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role requiring strong service orientation.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams.
• Experience with pneumatic systems and servo motor controls.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and validate equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance and service on press equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, software, and hardware issues.
• Document service activities and expenses accurately.
• Train customers on safe operation and maintenance procedures.
• Travel across the US and Canada; occasional international travel.
