Mark Andy Inc. is seeking Field Service Technicians to provide on-site service for our flexographic, offset and digital printing equipment in Chesterfield, MO.

Responsibilities include installation, preventative maintenance, and break-fix work at customer sites across the US and Canada, with some international travel. Ideal candidates have a strong mechanical and electrical repair background, experience with industrial equipment, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers at all

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience servicing Mark Andy products or equivalent industrial equipment.
• Excellent customer service and ability to communicate with all levels.
• Ability to travel 100% of the time; willing to travel Monday through Friday.
• Strong mechanical and electrical repair background.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams; pneumatic diagrams knowledge.
• Missouri / Saint Louis area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and validate Mark Andy equipment at customer sites.
• Support equipment relocation, deinstallation, reinstallation, and validation.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, software, hardware issues.
• Provide preventive maintenance recommendations to improve reliability.
• Train customers in safe operation and maintenance procedures.
• Document service activities and reports accurately.
• Travel across US/Canada weekly; some international travel.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve issues.
