Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Institutional team in the Cleveland, OH market. You will perform service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution for warewashing, laundry, and dispensing equipment while ensuring Ecolab Brand Standards and strong customer outcomes.

In this field role, you will travel within the Cleveland area, support sales and service teams, manage parts and documentation, and provide safe, timely, and accurate service across multiple accounts

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of service-related experience.
• Current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions.
• Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency call assistance which may occur at night, on weekends and over holidays.
• No immigration sponsorship available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide service-intensive support to customers across the market, including aligned and centralized customers.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems.
• Complete emergency service requests, equipment changeouts, and other planned and unplanned work orders reliably and efficiently.
• Evaluate account conditions during each visit and proactively take action to help ensure customers meet Ecolab Brand Standards.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to maintain a fully stocked vehicle, maximize effectiveness, and support first-time fix performance.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation for all work performed.
• Communicate Ecolab's total value to customers and strengthen customer relationships.
• Partner with sales, distribution, and service teams to improve responsiveness, reduce friction, and deliver a consistent customer experience.
