Job summary

BlueCrest, Inc. seeks Field Service Technicians to travel to client sites and provide technical support for high-volume printing and mailing systems.

You will diagnose, repair, and install equipment, and perform preventive maintenance. You will work independently to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure service delivery meets contractual and performance standards.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 years' experience trouble-shooting and repairing complex mechanical equipment.
• Strong experience working on electro-mechanical equipment
• A minimum of two years proven experience in building and enhancing Customer relationships.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Must maintain reliable transportation to travel to and from customer locations
• The ability to perform frequent lifting and/or moving items up to 50lbs.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and/or different shifts as needed with minimal notice

Responsibilities
