Job summary

BlueCrest is seeking an experienced Onsite Service Technician to provide dedicated technical support at a client location. This role focuses on ongoing maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of high‑volume printing and mailing equipment.

The technician will perform routine preventative maintenance, upgrades, installations, and real-time issue resolution while collaborating with internal teams to meet performance standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years diagnosing and repairing complex electro-mechanical systems in a customer-facing environment.
• Solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems; use of diagnostic tools and schematics.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Proficient in basic computer operations, service software, reporting tools, and mobile devices.
