Job summary

BlueCrest, Inc. is seeking Field Service Technicians to travel to client sites and provide technical support for high-volume printing and mailing systems.

You will diagnose, repair, perform preventive maintenance, upgrades, and installations, ensuring service delivery meets contract standards. Ideal candidates will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues, and coordinate with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing complex mechanical equipment.
• Strong experience working on electro-mechanical equipment.
• At least 2 years of proven experience building and enhancing customer relationships.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Reliable transportation to travel to and from customer locations.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs, with or without accommodation.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and/or different shifts with minimal notice.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client sites to provide technical support for high-volume printing and mailing systems.
