Alltex Staffing & Personnel is seeking a Field Service Technician for door installation and repair. You will troubleshoot, install, and service door systems, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety on every site.

The role requires 3+ years in related trades, a High School diploma or GED, reliable attendance, and ability to travel. PPE is mandatory, and overtime may be required to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years in construction, finish carpentry, or door installation.
• Reliable attendance and a flexible schedule.
• Must have PPE (steel-toe boots, hard hat, safety glasses, gloves).
• The company uses E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Repair defects and report issues to management/R&D.
• Perform quality control on installations and service work.
• Train sales teams, distributors, and dealerships on installation and product knowledge.
• Troubleshoot customer issues by phone and onsite.
• Travel as needed; work overtime.
• Follow all safety and PPE policies.
• Read blueprints.
• Complete service orders and maintain clean job sites.
• Maintain tools and equipment.
• Build and support customer relationships.
• Identify faulty vs. customer-damaged parts.
• Coordinate with distributors/dealerships on jobsite issues.
• Assist production on non-service days.
• Other duties as assigned.
