Overview

Door Repair Field Service Technician – Atlas Door Repair. Mechanically inclined with experience in the construction industry to help in the service and installation of commercial doors and door hardware.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Install and/or repair a wide range of commercial door hardware including closers, cylinders, thresholds, panic bars (rim, vertical rods & concealed).
• Recommend improvements to customers and quotes on wearable parts.
• Recommend upgrades to improve product functionality.
• Provide all service with the highest level of professionalism.
• Maintain truck inventory and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year door repair experience.
• Able to lift 75 lbs.
• Must possess a valid clean Driver License.
• Enjoy the mental challenge of troubleshooting to solve customer needs.
• AAADM Certification is a plus (but not required).

Reports to

The Field Service technician will report to the Technician Manager unless the Office Manager is needed.
