Qualifications

• 3+ years of industry experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with troubleshooting.
• Prior experience servicing copiers/printers; Xerox/Ricoh/Kyocera/HP a plus.
• Associate degree or higher in electronics or electrical engineering preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of networking and computer systems.
• Regularly lift up to 50 lbs and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maximize equipment uptime by rapid, effective repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance on copiers/printers and related devices.
• Diagnose issues from feedback, data, and observation.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through clear communication.
• Collaborate with clients, sales, and staff to meet deadlines.
• Complete service documentation including parts usage and meters.
• Provide feedback to improve processes and drive improvements.
• Some travel is required.
