Job summary

Fives Intralogistics is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and support customers across the United States. The role requires extensive travel and will base at Fond du Lac, Wisconsin for onboarding and ongoing development.

The technician will work with mechanical, electrical, and CNC systems, performing installations, calibrations, and training with a focus on safety and quality. Great earning potential through travel and overtime is offered.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical, electrical, and CNC capabilities for installing, troubleshooting, and qualifying industrial equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and service documentation.
• Excellent communication and safety-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Install, demonstrate, repair, and modify Fives machines at customer facilities.
• Follow technical instructions and interpret drawings and documentation.
• Operate equipment at customer sites to verify performance and quality.
• Prepare accurate service reports and provide customer training on operation and safety.
• Maintain regular attendance and support travel requirements.
