Job summary

ProSearch Recruiting Partners, an independent franchise of the MRI Network, is hiring a Field Service Technician for a leading CNC machinery OEM. The role requires traveling to customer sites for commissioning, integration, and on-site service, supporting the sales team and ensuring equipment reliability.

The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of a major airport, possess strong problem-solving abilities, and be adept at MS Office, reading manuals, and documenting service activities.

Qualifications

• Field service experience or customer-facing role preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to document technical data clearly.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support ing the sales staff in servicing company equipment
• Providing solutions for service of equipment for customers at the customer site
• Carefully and accurately documenting all service performed on the equipment as well as what service needs are to be accomplished on the equipment in the future
• Maintaining excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
• Demonstrating applicable company software capabilities to the customer
• Preparing timesheets, service reports and installation forms, timely and accurately
• Accurately tracking expenses and completing expense reports in a timely manner
• Maintaining a safe work environment and operate within OSHA/MIOSHA guidelines
• Communicating with other departments as necessary
• Ability to work overtime as required by workload and customer necessity
• Other duties as assigned by management
