Job summary

Raymond Central, a trusted Raymond dealer, seeks a Field Service Technician to support the Automation, Logistics, and Innovation team. You will work on Vertical Lift Modules and Vertical Carousel Modules, performing installation, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair at customer sites.

Qualifications

• Five years in industrial maintenance, field service, or related technical field.
• One year hands-on experience with electrical systems (AC/DC, motors, sensors, relays or controllers).
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and meeting driving requirements.
• HS Diploma or GED; lifting up to 50 lbs; ability to climb ladders or elevated platforms.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair VLM equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance per procedures and cost guidelines.
• Complete paperwork and time records accurately per management instructions.
• Account for parts, materials, tools, and consumables.
• Work safely following company and customer safety policies.
