Job summary

Shaffer Entertainment in Dayton, OH is seeking a Field Service Technician/Account Rep who installs, services, and maintains arcade games, ATMs, and entertainment equipment at customer locations across the Dayton area. You’ll be the face of Shaffer in the field and work independently with strong team support.

This full-time, on-site role requires a valid driver's license, physical stamina, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Service, install, and repair arcade games, pool tables, cranes, ATMs, and other amusement equipment.
• Respond to on-site service calls and troubleshoot mechanical/technical issues.
• Collect cash and customer payouts from assigned route locations.
• Monitor and refill cranes and ATMs to appropriate levels.
• Safely transport cash to designated bank locations.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers through reliable, professional service.
