Job summary

Shaffer Entertainment is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and service arcade games, ATMs, and entertainment equipment at customer sites in the Dayton area. You will travel to bars, restaurants, and family entertainment centers, performing hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting in a fast-paced field role.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and the capacity to pass a background check. On-call weekend rotation is included.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated, dependable and customer-focused.
• Valid driver’s license and clean background check required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work independently on route.

Responsibilities

• Service, install, and repair arcade games, pool tables, darts, cranes, ATMs, and other amusement equipment.
• Respond to on-site service calls and troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues.
• Collect cash and customer payouts from assigned route locations.
• Monitor and refill cranes and ATMs to appropriate levels.
• Safely transport cash to designated bank locations.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers through reliable, professional service.
