Shaffer Entertainment in Dayton, OH is seeking a Field Service Technician/Account Rep to install, service, and repair arcade games, ATMs, and entertainment equipment at customer sites. You will travel to bars, restaurants, and family entertainment centers, delivering hands-on, independent work with strong customer relationships.

Ideal candidates are 21+, have a valid driver’s license, pass a background check, and can lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Service, install, and repair arcade games, ATMs, and other equipment.
• Respond to on-site service calls and troubleshoot issues.
• Collect cash and payouts from route locations.
• Monitor and refill cranes and ATMs to proper levels.
• Safely transport cash to designated banks.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through reliable service.
