Job summary

Shaffer Entertainment is seeking a Field Service Technician / Account Rep to service arcade games, ATMs, and entertainment equipment across the Dayton area. You will install, maintain, and repair equipment at bars, restaurants, and family entertainment centers, with a mix of field work and customer interaction.

The role emphasizes independence, problem solving, and building strong customer relationships while ensuring reliable service and on-time visits.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MV R.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Service, install, and repair arcade games, pool tables, dart boards, cranes, ATMs, and other amusement equipment.
• Respond to on-site service calls and troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues.
• Collect cash and customer payouts from assigned route locations.
• Monitor and refill cranes and ATMs to appropriate levels.
• Safely transport cash to designated bank locations.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers through reliable, professional service.
