Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Field Service Team Leader to lead a team of Field Service Engineers across multiple cities in the United States. This field-based role focuses on installation, service, and repair of Cardiovascular and EP equipment, while driving customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Ideal candidates will have strong project management, leadership and communication skills, with the ability to travel frequently and coordinate complex service activities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field service teams in healthcare or medical devices.
• Strong project management and customer service skills.
• Ability to travel frequently and work in diverse locations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and work with a team of Field Service Engineers in Managing Account Schedule.
• Perform the installation, operation, repair and modification of equipment within assigned territory.
• Manage region and schedule to facilitate all technical/engineering work for Biosense Webster products.
• Responds to customer requests for emergency service and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide guidance to Doctors, Nurses, and hospital staff; maintain customer satisfaction.
